Why State-Specific Matters

Medical aesthetics is regulated at the state level. Scope of practice for RNs, NPs, PAs, and estheticians varies significantly by state. Who can perform injectables under physician supervision — and what that supervision has to look like — is different in Texas than it is in California or Florida. The same is true for GLP-1 prescribing, laser operation, IV therapy, and compounding.

A generic template library doesn't cut it. We localize the regulatory layer of every package to your state's current rules — citing the actual statutes and board guidance so your attorney and Medical Director can verify the source.

The Two Calls

Every package includes two 30-minute calls with me:

• Walkthrough call — scheduled within the first week of delivery. We go through the library together so you know exactly what you have, what to prioritize, and how to hand documents to your attorney and Medical Director efficiently.

• 30-day check-in — scheduled approximately one month after delivery. By then you've had time to work with the documents and questions have come up. We use this call to answer them.

Additional States

If you're operating in more than one state — or planning to expand — each additional state is available for $499. The regulatory layer is localized separately for each state. Reply to your purchase confirmation email to add one.

How to Get It

The Foundation Package is $5,000, one-time. After purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions to select your state. Once we have your state, delivery is within 48 hours.
